2010 Convention Registration Information

You can register for the Society's 10th Convention and Leadership Training Conference on-line, e-mail, mail, or fax.

• On-Line Registration begins below and continues on the hotel registration page.
• To register by e-mail, fill out the appropriate form attached below and send it to hq (at) adps.org.
• To register by mail, fill out the appropriate form attached and send it to Alpha Delta Phi Society, 6126 Lincoln Ave, Morton Grove, IL 60053.
• To register by fax, fill out the appropriate form attached and fax it to 847-965-1871.
