I wanted to take this moment to remind everyone who would like to be reimbursed for Convention travel or expenses or would like to report contributed expenses to please make your request as soon as possible. We are eligible to request a grant from the Samuel Eells Literary and Educational Foundation (formerly the Alpha Delta Phi Foundation) for convention expenses. The grant size we can request back is tied to the total cost of our Convention. So, getting these reimbursement and contributed expense reports done quickly is important so we can make our grant request to the Foundation. Click here to download the reimbursement form.
