The Alpha Delta Phi Society annual Convention and Leadership Training Conference is where our community comes together to learn, connect, and move the Society forward. Each year, Alpha Delts from across chapters and generations gather to share ideas, strengthen friendships, and build the skills needed to lead strong, values-driven chapters. From leadership training and thoughtful conversations to Society business and time spent together, Convention is a chance to reconnect with what makes ADPS special — and to return home energized, confident, and ready to lead.
26th Convention and Leadership Training Conference
Thursday, March 5 – Sunday, March 8th 2026
Royal Sonesta Cambridge
Cambridge, Massachusetts

What to Expect
Convention blends leadership development with meaningful connection and Society decision-making. Attendees can expect:
- Leadership training and skill-building sessions
- Society business sessions and open discussion
- Opportunities to connect with members across chapters and generations
- Social time, shared meals, and the Saturday night banquet
Whether you attend for the leadership training, the conversations, or the community, Convention offers something for everyone.
Who Should Attend
Convention is open to all members of the Alpha Delta Phi Society. Undergraduate members, alumni, graduate members, volunteers, and guests are all welcome to attend and participate.
Each undergraduate and graduate chapter and affiliate is expected to send one delegate and one alternate delegate to represent their organization during Convention business sessions. Delegates play a key role in discussion and voting that helps guide the Society’s direction.
Registration and Cost
Registration is open December 2025 through February 6, 2026.
There are costs associated with lodging, meals, and social activities. Business sessions and select programming are available to all members at no cost, including for those attending remotely.
Accessibility and Financial Support
We are committed to making Convention accessible to as many members as possible. All registrants may choose a Reduced Rate option for lodging and meals if a lower cost is helpful for their situation — there are no restrictions on who may use this option.
Additional Convention cost assistance is also available. If you would like to request support, you can do so directly within the registration form.
