One way to stay involved with the Phi is to sign up for the graduate mentoring program.
Open to all graduate members, the mentoring program is a formal partnership in which the mentor helps the mentee to define and work toward their personal and career goals. Alongside the mentor-mentee partnership, each participant helps their peer mentors or mentees through cohort discussions.
It’s a high commitment, high reward project in which both partners learn a lot about themselves, about communication, and about building structure around intentional personal development. Cohorts start twice yearly, in the spring and fall, and run for a period of 12 months.
