Insurance Payments

New Member Insurance

 

Insurance in the amount of $55 per New Member must be paid by the chapter via PayPal or check. Checks should be made out to The Alpha Delta Phi Society and sent to 2242 N. Baldwin Way #5B, Palatine, IL 60074.

Prior to Initiation: (1) a chapter officer must complete and submit a New Bio Form Spreadsheet, (2) each member must pay their Initiation Fee or create a payment plan, and (3) the chapter must pay the Insurance cost for each new member.

Make Your Chapter’s Payment

First Year Affiliates – do not pay
Second Year Affiliates – “Chapter Status” option of $18.33 (67% discount)
Third Year Affiliates – select “Chapter Status” option of $36.67 (33% discount)
All other chapters and Affiliates – select “Chapter Status” option of $55
