Pledge Pin Ordering

Order by emailing HQ@adps.org with quantity, mailing address, and method of Payment. Cost is $6.50 per pin. Pay via PayPal (here), mail check to 2242 N. Baldwin Way #5B, Palatine, IL 60074, or call 847-581-1992 with credit card.

Prior to Initiation: (1) a chapter officer must complete and submit a New Bio Form Spreadsheet, (2) each member must pay their initiation fee or create a payment plan, and (3) the chapter must pay the Insurance cost for each new member.
